We salute our common goals!

Within every Kentucky child lays a world of potential that we cannot afford to squander to violence, hunger or ignorance. Because we are greatly concerned about the loss of hard-earned, intergenerational, common wisdom that once was passed from grandparents to parents to children, we have formed a coalition of child advocates. We are a private-public partnership of professional communicators, parents, schools, corporations. We have created a nationally unique social marketing campaign to re-educate young families about prevention and wellness, emphasizing low-cost, no-cost, family-oriented ways to get healthy and stay productive.

Our goals are to: BUILD a school-based communications network that reaches all Kentucky families with low-cost, no-cost, common-sense ways to stay healthy; CONNECT all Kentucky families to health care by communicating about available resources while promoting a prevention model; HELP parents develop the confidence to make smart decisions about family lifestyle; PROVIDE expansion funding for proven programs that promote child wellness, including youth sports programs; ENSURE the success of the next generation.
